ABOUT OUR TEAM

Mark Nagelvoort
Mr. Nagelvoort, company founder, is responsible for leading NAT’s technology edge to precede the changing workflow requirements of aftermarket providers including insurance companies, TPAs, OEMs and retailers. Mr. Nagelvoort led the company’s migration from an insurance industry consulting practice to a Best of Breed developer of integrated software solutions for the aftermarket sector.

He has been a popular national conference presenter on advanced application development for the integration of large systems at Fortune 500 companies. He spearheaded the development of the NAT Service Contract Solutions - SCS – workflow solutions platform, released in 1999 and today used by some of America’s leading aftermarket product providers.

Prior to forming NAT, Mr. Nagelvoort was a consultant with Arthur Young & Company in the Midwest Advanced Practices Group. He received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.


David Henry

Mr. Henry is responsible for the core of NAT operations including Customer Support, Product Deployment, and Alliance Relationships. Before joining NAT, Mr. Henry was President of Repair First, Inc., a national provider of automotive windshield repair services and auto glass industry consulting. Previously he was Vice President of Harmon Solutions Group, an auto glass and personal lines fast track claims management TPA whose operations included four national contact centers servicing major insurance industry clients. Mr. Henry brings extensive knowledge of the insurance and claims management industry as well as a comprehensive transportation industry background.

In addition, Mr. Henry was Vice President of Operations and Client Services for Wheels, Inc. a national leader in automotive leasing and fleet management services. Mr. Henry received an Economics degree from the University of Missouri and holds an MBA from, Northwestern University, JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
